- Loss of rental up to 2 months – 3-7 working days
- Inconvenience benefits (e.g: utilities) Inconvenience benefits & minor repairs up to RM1,000 – 3-7 working days
- Accidental damage or theft of up to RM15,000 – 21-30 working days.
- Loss of rental up to 2 months: 3-7 working days
- Cleaning damages/Minor repairs: 3-7 working days
- Damage to/theft of household content up to RM500: 21-30 working days
How much does the insurance cost?
Both insurance have the same cost.
(Last month’s rental + 6%SST) + RM10 fee
We do the claiming process on your behalf. We get down and dirty so you may lease in peace. Remember: You have to first file a police report of the incident! Once done, we will then proceed with the claim process.
